Privacy and email updates

Revive & Thrive Tech LLC collects your email, optional first name, selected interests and frequency to send the email updates you request. Newsletter signup is optional and separate from repairing a device.

Confirmation and consent

We send a confirmation email before activating your subscription. We keep the time, signup source, IP address, exact consent wording/version and confirmation time as a private consent record. We also record preference changes and unsubscribes. Text marketing is disabled.

How information is used

We use MailerLite to manage confirmed email subscribers and campaigns, and our configured email delivery provider to send confirmations and welcome or follow-up messages. These providers process information to deliver our service. We never sell your personal information. We do not add repair customers to marketing without their separate opt-in.

Your choices

Every email includes unsubscribe and preference links. Unsubscribes take effect immediately in our system; we also synchronize them with our email provider. Repair updates about an existing service request are separate. You can contact us if a preference link expires or an unwanted message arrives.

Records and security

Subscriber and consent records are restricted to authorized staff and service providers. We retain suppression and consent records after unsubscribe to avoid emailing you again and document your choice. We review other data for continued necessity. Email providers may record delivery, bounce and campaign engagement information; we do not add tracking pixels to locally generated emails.

Website storage and third-party content

A browser preference remembers newsletter-popup display or dismissal for 30 days and whether you dismissed a deal banner. It contains no contact information. Instagram embeds, when configured and viewed, connect to Instagram and are governed by its policies. QR tracking tags identify the visit source; they do not by themselves count scans.
